Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Poimi app. The app is published by Valtteri Luoma (contact: valtteri.e.luoma@gmail.com).

Licence to use the app

Poimi is provided for personal use. The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law the publisher is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

Two licences, kept separate

The AGPL-3.0 licence governs the app’s source code. These Terms govern use of the installed app. A commercial licence for the code is available on request.

Your photos

Poimi reads your photo library and creates a new album from the photos you pick. It never edits, moves, or deletes your originals. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your photo library.

App Store

When installed from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
